Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order with Skinglowclinic.co.uk 

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made through the Skinglow Clinic website or any other sales channel operated by Skinglow Clinic. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; the version in effect at the time of your order will apply.

2. Placing an Order

By placing an order with Skinglow Clinic, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• All information provided (name, address, payment details) is accurate and up to date.
• You accept these Terms and Conditions in full.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Skinglow Clinic reserves the right to amend prices at any time. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly. However, please note the following:

• Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.
• Skinglow does not guarantee next-day delivery. Delivery timescales are subject to carrier availability, demand, and other factors outside our control.
• Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by Royal Mail or another third-party carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier.
• If your order is delayed, we will do our best to assist by liaising with the carrier on your behalf.

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Skinglow Clinic products. If you are not satisfied, please review our returns policy below:

• You may return unused, unopened products within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at office@skinglowclinic.co.uk before sending any items back.
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
• We are unable to accept returns on opened, used, or damaged products unless they are faulty.
• If your product is faulty or damaged on arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Faulty or Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at office@skinglowclinic.co.uk

We will require photographic evidence of the damage. In such cases, Skinglow will cover all return postage costs and issue a replacement or full refund.

7. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy above. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at office@skinglowclinic.co.uk

8. Limitation of Liability

Skinglow’s liability in connection with any product purchase is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

9. Privacy & Data

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website. We will never sell your personal data to third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
